I use the term ‘work’ very loosely. My work is my life; it’s my passion and I don’t clock off. I love driving change and making a difference so what I do is so much more than work - it’s my passion and purpose.

Flora & Fauna

I founded Flora & Fauna in 2014 and now it is Australia’s largest eco store. A Certified B Corp F&F is driven by purpose and underpinned by values. F&F started in our shed and now stocks over 10,000 eco goodies in a warehouse in North Rocks. F&F has received many accolades including the Telstra NSW Small Business of the Year in 2018

Green + Kind

Green + Kind is a zero-waste brand I started in 2017. Green + Kind’s focus is to help provide waste-free options to things we use every day - that could be personal care or things we use in the kitchen. Green + Kind has grown to be a leading brand in zero waste and is a member of 1% for the Planet.

Speaking

I am a passionate speaker and regularly speak about entrepreneurship, purpose-driven businesses, sustainability, ecommerce, and leadership. I have spoken globally including at Shop Talk, World Retail Congress, and Online Retailer. I also love podcasts and seminars and am very authentic and real in my style and approach. If I have an opinion I’ll give it!

Advisory

I have coached, advised, and mentored formally and informally over the years and love growing people and businesses to be exceptional leaders and thinkers. I also sit on the board of the National Retail Association and sit on Advisory boards including Australia Post, NORA, Retail Global, and iMedia.
